[11-19-2025] Sacramento County, CA – 41-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash at Fruitridge and Power Inn Roads in South Sacramento

A man was killed in a hit-and-run collision in south Sacramento on Wednesday night, November 19, 2025.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the crash occurred just before 9:15 p.m. at Fruitridge and Power Inn roads. Officers and Sacramento Fire Department personnel arrived and found an unidentified man who had died at the scene.

Investigators from the department’s Major Collision Investigations and Crime Scene Investigation units responded to the scene. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office will release the 41-year-old man’s identity after notifying his next of kin.

Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
