[03-29-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Two Killed, Two Hospitalized in Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Big Rig in Ontario

Two people were killed, and two others were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash involving a big rig on the 10 Freeway in Ontario late Sunday night, March 29, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just before midnight on the westbound 10 Freeway, west of Fourth Street.

Authorities stated that a big rig crashed into multiple vehicles, with one of the impacted vehicles reportedly split in half due to the force of the collision.

Two individuals were pronounced dead at the scene, while two others were transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the semi-truck and six additional vehicles involved in the crash.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
