[02-10-2026] Alameda County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Two Vehicles in Fremont

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by two vehicles while crossing Stevenson Boulevard in Fremont on Tuesday night, February 10, 2026.

The Fremont Police Department reported that the incident occurred around 8:32 p.m. on Stevenson Boulevard, between Sundale Drive and Blacow Road.

The pedestrian was attempting to cross the street amid heavy vehicle traffic when they were first hit by a westbound Toyota Scion. The impact sent the pedestrian into another lane, where they were struck by a second vehicle.

Emergency responders took the pedestrian to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead. The identity of the pedestrian has not been released.

The driver of the Toyota Scion remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. However, the driver of the second vehicle did not stop.

The Fremont Police Department is asking anyone with information about the crash to contact the agency at (510) 790-6760.

The investigation is ongoing.
