A man was critically injured after being struck by a car in the Northgate area of Sacramento on Tuesday evening, August 26, 2025.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the collision occurred at around 8:15 p.m. on the 3100 block of Northgate Boulevard.
Authorities said the man sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and police confirmed that impairment does not appear to have been a factor.
