[08-27-2025] Fresno County, CA โ€“ Two Injured After Vehicle Crashes Into La Boulangerie Patio in Fig Garden Village

Two people sustained minor injuries when a vehicle drove into the outdoor patio of La Boulangerie in Fig Garden Village, Fresno, on Wednesday morning, August 27, 2025.

According to the Fresno Police Department, the crash occurred at the northwest Fresno bakery when a red Toyota Prius jumped the curb and struck two individuals seated outside.

Authorities said the driver accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, causing the vehicle to enter the patio area. Emergency responders treated both victims at the scene for minor injuries.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
