A 29-year-old man was severely injured after his minibike collided with a Toyota Scion in Hesperia on Tuesday afternoon, September 30, 2025.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriffโs Department, the crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Cajon Street.
First responders arrived to find the minibike rider lying in the roadway with major trauma. He was flown to a hospital by helicopter. No updates on his condition were available.
Investigators determined that the minibike, which was not being ridden with a helmet, rear-ended the Toyota as it slowed to make a left turn.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
