A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Lake Elsinore on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
According to Riverside County Sheriffโs Sgt. Brad Foster, the crash occurred around 12:53 a.m. at Dexter Avenue and 11th Street.
Deputies learned that the driver transported the pedestrian to a hospital, where deputies made contact with both the driver and the victim. The driver cooperated with the investigation, and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision.
The pedestrianโs name was withheld pending notification of relatives. No arrests have been made, and the case will be submitted to the Riverside County District Attorneyโs Office for review.
