[10-07-2025] Kern County, CA โ€“ Two Injured in Crash Between Honda Civic and Ford Fiesta on China Lake Boulevard in Ridgecrest

The solo occupants of two vehicles were transported by ambulance with minor to moderate injuries after a collision on China Lake Boulevard just east of Gateway Boulevard in Ridgecrest on Tuesday morning, October 7, 2025.

According to reports, a Honda Civic was pulling out of the Gateway Center driveway, where 11:11 Market and Cardinal Plumbing are located, when it was T-boned by a Ford Fiesta.

The Kern County Fire Department and Ridgecrest Police Department responded to the crash. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to open the Honda’s door.

Ridgecrest Boulevard was blocked in both directions while emergency crews treated the injured and cleared the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
