[10-12-2025] Fresno County, CA โ€“ Man Killed After Being Struck by SUV While Crossing Blackstone Avenue

A man in his 60s was killed after being struck by an SUV while crossing Blackstone Avenue south of Clinton in Fresno on Sunday evening, October 12, 2025.

According to police, the crash occurred after 7:00 p.m. The man was crossing east on Blackstone, outside of a crosswalk, when he entered the northbound lanes and was hit by the vehicle. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 40-year-old woman driving the SUV remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. Police reported that there is no evidence of intoxication involved.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
