[10-19-2026] San Diego County, CA – Three Injured After Three-Vehicle Crash in Santee

Three people suffered injuries in a three-vehicle collision in Santee, San Diego County, on Monday afternoon, October 19, 2026.

According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at around 4:00 p.m. at Oakbourne Road and Carlton Oaks Drive.

Authorities stated that a 21-year-old woman driving a Mercedes sedan southbound on Oakbourne Road was turning onto Carlton Oaks Drive when she collided with a westbound Toyota Tacoma driven by a 54-year-old man.

The Mercedes then left the roadway and struck an unoccupied SUV parked in the 8600 block of Carlton Oaks Drive.

The Mercedes driver, her 21-year-old female passenger, and the Tacoma driver were transported to hospitals.

Alcohol and drugs were not suspected as contributing factors. The crash remains under investigation.
