Brandon Carr, Esq.

Brandon Carr, Esq., joined our California injury firm as Managing Litigation Attorney in 2022. In this role, he works to keep the litigation team focused and dedicated to pursuing justice for those injured through the negligence of others.

Brandon knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue a career where he could provide help to others and work to make the world a better place for all. In pursuit of this goal, Brandon attended Iowa State University for his undergraduate education, where he obtained degrees in Political Science and Psychology.

After graduating from ISU, Brandon attended Regent University Law School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he studied trial advocacy and was elected Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Brandon was also selected to serve as a Senior Editor on Law Review. While in law school, Brandon was recognized for his written argument at the National Pretrial Competition and also participated in the ABA Labor and Employment Competition and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

After law school, Brandon relocated to California and has not looked back. He worked as a Certified Law Clerk with the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office before turning his focus to personal injury law in order to help people who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Brandon has represented clients against insurance companies and corporations in jurisdictions across California. Before joining Arash Law, headed by Arash Khorsandi, Esq., Brandon was the Managing Attorney and Director of Litigation at another personal injury firm in Southern California.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his fiancée, cooking, traveling to new places, and competing in Spartan races throughout California.
