David Ebenhack, Esq.

David J. Ebenhack, Esq., obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he was an enthusiastic participant in moot court and attended on a merit scholarship.

Throughout law school, David interned with the District Attorney’s Office in the Preliminary Hearings Department, where he conducted a vast range of preliminary hearings.

After law school, David took a position at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on business litigation and entertainment law. Here, he was an integral member of their litigation department, participating in the management of many cases.

Thereafter, David spent six years at a personal injury firm handling traffic accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, trip and fall accidents, and traumatic brain injuries. Today, he works alongside the car accident lawyers, workers’ compensation attorneys, and other legal professionals who make up the team at Arash Law.

In his position, David assumed considerable responsibilities, including conducting client intake, handling pre-litigation matters such as demands, negotiations, and other communications with insurance adjusters, filing complaints, and participating in litigation, including discovery, filing discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, trial preparation, and depositions of witnesses. Throughout his tenure, David served as second chair on numerous high-value trials.

In addition to being an active member of CAALA, David is an avid sports fan who enjoys long-distance running, participating in marathons and 10Ks throughout the year.
