Associate Attorney Gabe Genson is a dedicated and results-driven personal injury attorney who is passionate about helping injured people move forward after serious accidents. At Arash Law, Mr. Genson combines strategic thinking, strong litigation skills, and determined advocacy to fight for the full and fair compensation his clients need for medical bills, lost income, pain and suffering, and other damages. He understands that an accident can disrupt every part of a person’s life, and he works hard to guide clients through the legal process with clarity, focus, and care.

Mr. Genson handles personal injury matters from the earliest stages of a case through final resolution. Whether a claim involves settlement negotiations or active litigation, he takes a detail-oriented and aggressive approach to protecting his clients’ interests. He has experience managing a high-volume caseload while giving each case the attention it deserves, helping clients feel supported while their claims move forward.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as Vice President of the Consumer Law Society. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in consumer protection and civil litigation, building the advocacy skills and strategic mindset that continue to shape his practice today. Before attending law school, Mr. Genson graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and a minor in Communications. He also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, an experience that broadened his perspective and deepened his appreciation for people from different backgrounds.

Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Genson has focused primarily on litigation and has gained valuable experience both inside and outside the courtroom. In just his first two years of practice, he contributed to teams that secured multi-million-dollar settlements in a wide range of accident cases while also independently managing his own active caseload. His early success and professional excellence have earned him recognition as a two-time California Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor given to only a small percentage of attorneys statewide.

Outside the office, Mr. Genson enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and supporting his favorite teams, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Vegas Golden Knights, and University of Arizona athletics. He is fluent in English and Russian.
