[01-03-2024] Marin County, CA – At Least One Person Injured Following Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101

One person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision in Marin County on Wednesday morning, January 3, 2024.

California Highway Patrol reported that the collision occurred at around 7:30 a.m. on the northbound of Highway 101 at the San Antonio Road offramp.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, including a Honda Accord, a Honda Civic, and a Nissan Versa. One of the cars overturned and landed in a ditch 20 yards off the road.

Additional reports indicate that an estimated 100-foot chain-link fence and ten fenceposts were damaged, and one caller’s dog went missing after she got run off the road by another driver.

One person sustained either a leg or foot injury. It was unclear whether others had sustained any injuries.

The authorities have not released further information about the collision.
