[01-24-2022] One Person Killed in a Deadly Eureka Multi-Vehicle CrashA 49-year-old man identified as Dwayne F. was killed following a deadly multi-vehicle crash in Eureka on Monday night, January 24, 2022.

The deadly multi-vehicle crash occurred on the Samoa Bridge in Eureka at approximately 9:00 p.m.

A southbound 2000 Lexus was traveling on State Route 255 near Startare Drive when it collided head-on with an oncoming northbound 2020 Jeep.

After the initial collision, a southbound 2008 Ford then crashed into the stopped vehicles. The Ford driver sustained minor injuries in the mishap.

Unfortunately, the 49-year-old Lexus driver was killed in the collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Additional information about the crash is unavailable at the moment. Local authorities are further investigating the case.
