[02-01-2023] Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101 Caused Traffic Delays and Reported InjuryA multi-vehicle crash involving 19 vehicles led to severe traffic jams and one reported Injury in San Francisco on Wednesday morning, February 1, 2023.

According to reports, the collision occurred around 6:49 a.m. on Highway 101 southbound, just after the Cesar Chavez Street off-ramp.

Authorities stated that the initial crash set off a domino effect that resulted in five additional collisions.

One person was taken to a nearby hospital with a complaint of Injury. The victim did not suffer any outward signs of Injury.

As of 9:20 a.m., the initial collision’s cause was not known.

Further investigations into the collision are ongoing.
