[02-07-2023] Bicycle Crash in Cupertino Struck and Killed 69-Year-Old CyclistA 69-year-old succumbed to his injuries after a bicycle crash in Cupertino on Tuesday morning, February 7, 2023.

Reports confirmed the deadly collision occurred around 11:30 a.m. on the 10000 block of N. Tantau Avenue.

Authorities responded to a report of a crash involving a bicycle and a vehicle.

When they arrived, the 69-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Due to the severity, the Sheriff’s Traffic Accident Reconstruction Specialist (STARS) team was activated and conducted the investigation.

The vehicle’s driver remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
