What to Do After a Hit & Run Accident
If the victim of a car crash has any injuries, no matter how small, the police and other relevant authorities must be informed immediately. It’s important to respond to a question with facts about what happened rather than make assumptions. Even though they did nothing wrong, the victim may feel they must apologize. If you file a claim, your insurance company could use that information against you.
