[02-15-2022] Tulare County, CA – One Person Struck and Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Visalia

According to local authorities, a pedestrian was struck and killed in Visalia on Tuesday night, February 15, 2022.

According to officers, the pedestrian accident happened at 7:30 p.m. on Walnut Avenue west of Ben Maddox Way in an area without streetlights.

According to authorities, the victim was taken to a local hospital, where they later died.

There is no evidence that alcohol or drugs played a role.
