What to Do After a Train Accident

It’s important to contact the police after a train crash. Avoid making any assumptions when answering questions from the police or an insurance company. Many victims are under the impression that they owe an apology, even when they are completely blameless. An insurance company can deny a claim if the victim engages in such conduct.
