According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 2:25 a.m. along the southbound lane of I-5.

Three vehicles were involved, with one victim rushed to the hospital.

One person was questioned after claiming that he was a passenger. He became aggressive and was arrested by the authorities.

It was found out that the arrested male was driving under the influence.
