What to Do After a Pedestrian Accident
If an accident involves a pedestrian, the police must be notified immediately. When questioned by law enforcement or an insurance company, you must always tell the truth and never make up stories or assume anything. If the victim tries to apologize after being found not responsible, the insurance company may decide to deny the claim.
