The fatal crash occurred on Soboba Road, near Gilman Springs Road and Golden Era Golf Course in San Jacinto.

A big rig with a shipping container and a sedan were involved in the collision. The semi-truck overturned on its side following the crash.

One person was rescued from the sedan. Unfortunately, the rescued person was pronounced dead at the scene.
