A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in San Jose on a Sunday afternoon, April 09, 2023.
According to the San Jose Police Department, the crash happened around 12:20 p.m. between 11th Street and East Santa Clara Street.
The victim was an adult female who sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
The authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the crash.
