[04-12-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Person Dead After Deadly Pedestrian Collision on Florence Avenue and Figueroa Street

One person was killed after getting struck by a vehicle in the south Los Angeles area on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

The fatal pedestrian accident occurred around 5:50 a.m. at Florence Avenue and Figueroa Street, according to preliminary information.

Early reports indicated that the victim was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons.

Once the deceased’s next of kin has been notified, the identity of the deceased will be disclosed.

It’s unclear whether the vehicle that hit the pedestrian stayed on the scene after the accident.
