A 73-year-old male pedestrian was killed after a multi-vehicle collision in Garden Grove late Saturday afternoon, May 27, 2023.
According to John Yergler of the Garden Grove Police Department, the eight-vehicle crash occurred at 5:54 p.m. at the 12100 block of Lewis Street.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene due to the collision. However, further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The deceased was a resident of Westminster. However, his identity was being withheld. There were no further details released about the crash.
Authorities stated that alcohol or drugs were not factors in the collision. Investigations into the accident are still ongoing.
