[06-03-2022] Kern County, CA- One Man Killed, Another Injured in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on California Avenue

According to the Bakersfield Police Department, one person was killed after a sedan and a pickup truck collided on California Avenue on Friday, June 3, 2022.

The crash occurred on a Friday morning in the area of Union Avenue and California Avenue.

According to BPD, the driver of the sedan was taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries, while the driver of the pickup truck died after being taken to a local hospital.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
