Multiple vehicles struck and killed a pedestrian on a freeway in Arleta on Friday evening, June 10, 2022.
According to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey, firefighters responded at 9:56 p.m. to the intersection of the southbound Golden State (5) and Hollywood (170) freeways north of Sheldon Street.
Humphrey said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no other injuries reported.
There are no other details available.
The crash remains under investigation.
