One person was killed and another seriously injured in a head-on collision on Highway 1 in Pacifica on Saturday morning, June 14, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m. in the southbound lanes near the Manor Drive/Palmetto Avenue exit.
Each vehicle had a single occupant. An elderly man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a woman in the other vehicle suffered major injuries and was transported for treatment.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
