[07-11-2022] Orange County, CA - Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Two Hit-And-Run Vehicles in AnaheimAccording to the Anaheim police, a pedestrian was struck by two hit-and-run drivers near State College Boulevard Monday, July 11, 2022.

According to Sgt. Shane Carringer of the Anaheim Police Department, the crash occurred around 9:10 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue just west of State College Boulevard, where they found a victim in the westbound lanes.

Carringer stated that the victim was in his forties when he was killed. He went on to say that the authorities were attempting to determine his identity.

Carringer stated that the victim was running southbound on Lincoln Avenue when he was struck by a sport utility vehicle driven by a woman. The collision occurred outside of a crosswalk.

According to Carringer, the driver of that vehicle remained at the scene and assisted authorities, but police believe that two other vehicles ran over the victim and continued driving away.
