[07-17-2023] Riverside County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed Following Pickup Truck Collision in Lake Elsinore

A motorcyclist was killed after a collision with a pickup truck in Lake Elsinore on Monday afternoon, July 17, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol and Riverside County Fire Department, the incident occurred on Grand Avenue, near Macy Street, at around 5:30 p.m.

The motorcycle and pickup truck collided in front of a business. However, it remains unclear what events led to the collision.

Paramedics arrived 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was reportedly not injured.

No information was released regarding the identities of the people involved.
