A female pedestrian died after a vehicle crash on Truxtun Avenue on Tuesday morning, July 19, 2022.
The accident occurred just before 4:30 p.m. at 1900 Truxtun Avenue.
According to the local authorities, the woman crossed the street in the middle block and outside a crosswalk when the Hall’s Ambulance Maintenance vehicle struck her.
The female pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.
The driver of the maintenance vehicle stayed and assisted with the investigation.
The crash showed no alcohol, drugs, or speed on the scene.
Further investigations are still in process.
