[07-31-2022] San Diego County, CA – Motorcycle Rider Crashed into Van and Suffered Major Injuries on I-15 in Escondido

According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle rider suffered major injuries after a crash on Interstate 15 in Escondido Sunday, July 31, 2022.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash transpired at 10:26 p.m. on the northbound Freeway near Valley Parkway.

Witnesses told the CHP the motorcycle crashed into the rear of a white van and the vehicles and rider were in the middle lane.

Paramedics transported the injured motorcyclist to Palomar Medical Center.

Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
