One pedestrian was killed after getting struck by a northbound Caltrain during the morning commute at Santa Clara station on Thursday, August 4, 2022.
The crash occurred at 8:06 a.m. in the area of the station at 1001 Railroad Avenue.
According to Caltrain officials, there were about 104 passengers on the train, and no other injuries have been reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
