[08-05-2023] Sacramento County, CA – Two People Injured After Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on Arroyo Willow Drive and Florin Road

Two people were injured after a single-vehicle rollover crash in Sacramento on Saturday afternoon, August 5, 2023.

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District and California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Arroyo Willow Drive and Florin Road around 5:30 p.m.

What led to the crash is unknown, but two people suffered significant injuries, one of whom was ejected from the car. They were both taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The people involved in the crash were not identified.

The incident is still under investigation, but the authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. Instead, it appears to have been caused by a “high rate of speed.”
