According to the California Highway Patrol, a San Jose man was taken to the hospital after a DUI crash on County Road 64 Saturday, August 6, 2022.

According to the CHP, Oscar M., 46, who was driving, veered off the road and onto the east shoulder because he was so intoxicated. He then made a left turn to keep the 2003 GMC on the road.
According to the police, the car went down an embankment before coming to a stop in a ditch.
Mancilla’s injuries prevented him from exiting the car. He wasn’t using his seatbelt, according to the police.
According to a news release from the CHP, he was detained for DUI and taken to the hospital for treatment of a possible cut to his forehead, broken collarbone, and broken back.
