[08-06-2022] Los Angeles County, CA- Women Killed after Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash in South Los AngelesAccording to authorities, a woman was killed after a tow truck driver struck her and drove away in South Los Angeles on Saturday, August 06, 2022.

According to witnesses, the accident was caught by a home surveillance video which shows the driver speeding away Saturday night near St. Andrews Place and 48th Street.

According to witnesses, the woman was struck in front of her parked car on the street.

Witness also said that he saw the woman near her car, and then the tow truck came and hit her.

LAPD is still looking for the said tow truck driver. Anyone with information is asked to contact the LAPD’s 77th Street Division at (323)786-5077 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
