According to authorities, two people died, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash overnight in Sacramento on Sunday, August 07, 2022.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the collision occurred around 12:48 a.m. at Garden Highway and Northgate Boulevard intersection.
Fire crews on the scene also reported that a man and woman from one vehicle died at the scene. According to police, two others from the second vehicle were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
It’s unclear what caused the crash.
