An unidentified pedestrian was struck and is now in critical condition after a pedestrian crash involving a vehicle in Hunting Beach Tuesday night, August 16, 2022.
The accident occurred close to Beach Boulevard and Talbert Avenue.
According to HBPD spokeswoman Jessica C., the pedestrian was allegedly crossing the street against the lights as the silver Chevrolet Spark was traveling south on Beach Boulevard had a green light.
They took the individual to a neighborhood hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Cuchilla, alcohol does not appear to be a factor, adding that the collision is still under investigation.
