[08-27-2022] An Electric Scooter Crash Injures One in LAAccording to the LAPD, Luis L. was dragged 25 feet after a hit-and-run electric scooter accident involving a vehicle in Los Angeles on Saturday evening, August 27, 2022.

The accident happened around 9 p.m. on Fickett Street near Boulder Street.

Local authorities said Lopez lost his balance while riding an electric scooter. Unfortunately, he was hit by a white van, unconscious on the ground, dragged for about 25 feet, and then freed.

Lopez was severely injured and taken to the hospital. He was given a stable condition rating, and a full recovery is anticipated.
