An unidentified pedestrian was killed in a fatal collision in San Jose on Saturday, September 3, 2022.
The crash occurred around 3:05 a.m. on the 700 block of Hellyer Avenue.
The suspect was reportedly detained on suspicion of drinking and driving.
This is reported to be San Jose’s 44th fatal collision of the year.
The identities of the parties involved have yet to be disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
