[10-01-2022] San Diego County, CA – 50-Year-Old Man Hit and Killed by an Automobile in the Webster/Ridgeview Neighborhood

A 50-year-old man died after being hit by a car in the Webster/Ridgeview neighborhood early Sunday morning, October 01, 2022.

The accident occurred at approximately 6:17 a.m. at 1600 Euclid avenue.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the pedestrian was crossing the street from the west side when he was hit by a car near the northbound bike lane. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.

The driver was not hurt, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

The traffic division responded and investigated the accident.
