[10-03-2023] One Killed, Three Others Injured Following Multi-Vehicle Collision in Santa AnaOne person died, and three others were injured after a multi-vehicle collision in Santa Ana on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the collision occurred at approximately 7:20 a.m. in the 800 block of South Bristol Street.

Three vehicles were found at the scene, including two SUVs and a sedan. The sedan reportedly turned left onto Tolliver Street when the first SUV crashed into the sedan, leading to the second SUV colliding with the first one.

The Orange County Fire Authority confirmed the death of the sedan passenger, while the occupants of the SUVs were transported to a local hospital for their minor injuries, as well as the sedan driver, who remains in critical condition.

Both SUV drivers stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The cause of the collision is currently being investigated, and no further information has been provided.
