[10-04-2023] Tulare County, CA – 34-Year-Old Woman Died Following Train Crash in Olson Avenue

A 34-year-old pedestrian woman died after being struck by a train in Tulare on Wednesday evening, October 04, 2023.

According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department, the collision happened after 10:30 p.m. at Olson Avenue and K Street.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and attempted to save the woman’s life, but she was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Initial investigations indicated that the incident had no indications of foul play, but the authorities still haven’t determined why the woman was in front of the train.
