[10-14-2023] 29-Year-Old Man Severely Injured After Vehicle Collision in AdelantoA 29-year-old pedestrian was severely injured after being struck by a vehicle in Adelanto on Saturday night, October 14, 2023.

According to the authorities, the incident occurred at 8:22 p.m. on US Highway 395 and Chamberlaine Way.

The victim, Darrin L., was struck by an unknown vehicle when he ran across the highway for unknown reasons.

The driver called 911 for medical help, and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital with major injuries, but his current condition is unknown.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers. Any information regarding this investigation should be directed to the authorities.
