[10-18-2026] Riverside County, CA – Motorcyclist Airlifted After Collision With Vehicle South of El Cariso

A motorcyclist was airlifted to a trauma center following a collision with a vehicle south of El Cariso in Riverside County on Sunday morning, October 18, 2026.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash was reported at around 9:40 a.m. near Highway 74 and Tenaja Truck Trail.

Responding firefighters found the motorcycle and rider down, along with a small vegetation fire.

Crews contained the fire, and the rider was transported by air ambulance to a trauma center. The extent of the rider’s injuries was not provided.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
