[10-22-2022] San Diego County, CA – Motorcycle Rider Succumbs to Injuries After Head-On Collision near Ramona

According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcyclist was killed when his bike veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a car near Ramona Saturday afternoon, October 22, 2022.

According to California Highway Patrol Sgt. Thomas Escobedo, the collision transpired at 1:52 p.m. on Wildcat Canyon Road south of San Vicente Road.

The victim was transported to a hospital, but it was too late for him to be saved.

There were no reports of any other injuries, and the man’s identity has not been made public.

The authorities are still investigating the causes of the collision.

While the ongoing investigation, San Vicente Road was temporarily closed in both directions.
