A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle along the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue in San Francisco, west of City College of San Francisco, on Sunday evening, October 26, 2025.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, officers responded around 6:45 p.m. and found the victim suffering from life-threatening injuries. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where they later died.
Police said officers located a possible suspect driver near the 500 block of Shields Street and detained the individual.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
