One person was struck and died after a pedestrian crash involving a vehicle on Northbound I-215 on Sunday, October 30, 2022.
The crash transpired at around 3:57 a.m. before Baseline Street in I-215.
Officers from the CHP discovered the collision between a car and a pedestrian when they arrived.
At the site, the pedestrian’s death was confirmed. At this moment, their identity has not been made public.
There are no plans to press charges against the driver who struck the pedestrian. However, the driver remained at the site and assisted with the inquiry.
The local authorities are actively looking into this event. The car’s driver did not sustain any wounds.
