[11-24-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Bicyclist Fatally Struck By Vehicle in Santa Monica

A vehicle struck and killed one bicyclist in Santa Monica on November 24, 2022.

The fatal crash reportedly occurred around 4:00 p.m. between Entrada and the California Incline.

When authorities reached the scene, they found a Tesla with a single occupant stopped in the #2 southbound lanes with the biker lying face down on the sidewalk.

Despite life-saving measures, the bicyclist succumbed to his injuries.

The vehicle’s driver remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

The crash is not believed to have been caused by drugs or alcohol.

Further investigations are still ongoing.
